Article 2 (B2B Partner Types and Membership Screening)

Partners of this portal may be classified by role into suppliers (direct fulfillment of products, vehicles, guides, etc.), resellers (wholesale, API, agency bookings), and affiliate marketers (traffic generation, promotion linkage).

Upon registration, partners must submit business registration certificates, bank account copies, identity verification of the person in charge, passenger transport business registration or license, tourism business registration, travel agency registration, and other industry-specific evidence as required by the Company. Submission of false or forged documents may result in contract termination and restriction of use.

Article 3 (Partner Obligations)

Partners must securely manage accounts, API keys, and settlement information, and must not transfer or lend them to unauthorized third parties.

Partners must accurately maintain registered product information (price, inventory, cancellation policies, meeting points, vehicle and guide conditions) and faithfully respond to booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Personal information of users (passengers) must only be used within the scope of contract fulfillment, and must not be stored, resold, or used for marketing without authorization.

Article 4 (Online Mail Order Sales Mediation and Company Status)

The Company acts as an online mail order sales mediator connecting partners with B2C and B2B transaction counterparts, and is not a party to transactions for products independently registered and sold by partners.

Primary responsibility for the fulfillment, on-site operation, quality, and cancellation or refund disputes of individual products lies with the partner who registered and supplied the product. The Company shall not bear joint liability for transactions between partners and users, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights and Partner Content)

The portal UI, policy documents, Holiday Tour and Holidaykr trademarks, and API and wholesale price data structures provided by the Company belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.

Partners may use product data, images, and price information provided by the Company only within the scope of partner sales and booking integration, and must not redistribute, crawl, or mass-extract for AI training on other platforms without prior written approval.

Rights to product descriptions, photos, etc. uploaded by partners belong to the partners, and partners grant the Company a license for use within the scope necessary for platform exposure, booking integration, customer service, and settlement.
