Terms of Use for Location-Based Services

These terms explain how location-related information, such as dispatch, assembly points, and vehicle movement guidance, is used in the B2B partner portal and integrated operation systems, including compliance with the Korea Communications Commission (KCC) requirements.
Article 1 (Business Operator Information and KCC Compliance)
The Company complies with reporting and operational obligations under relevant laws and KCC notifications when providing location-based services.

Article 2 (Operational Purpose — Dispatch and Vehicle Tracking)
The Company and partners may process location information necessary for operations, such as product regions, assembly and pickup points, vehicle dispatch and movement routes, and on-site service points, to fulfill reservations.
The function of displaying vehicle location and operation status to partner operation staff in the partner portal and integrated systems is limited to service quality, safety, and customer response purposes.
- Matching assembly points (e.g., airports, resorts) and guiding pickup routes
- Checking operation locations of shuttle and dedicated vehicles (for partners and dispatch staff)
- Operational responses such as detours and re-dispatch in emergency situations
Article 3 (Scope of Collection and Partner Operations)
The Company does not continuously track the real-time location of partner staff. Only operationally necessary information is processed, such as assembly and operation data entered by partners, locations provided by vehicle terminals and integrated APIs, and pickup coordinates required for reservations.
Location information is retained for the period necessary for reservations, settlements, and dispute resolution, and then destroyed.
Article 4 (Consent, Withdrawal, and Rights)
Individuals whose personal location information is processed may withdraw consent for collection, use, and provision. The Company will respond to requests for access, deletion, and temporary suspension in accordance with the law.
If location information is provided to third parties, the Company fulfills obligations for notification, recording, and reporting under relevant laws.
